McG-Media LLC has grown the daily social media community to 120,000 highly engaged members for the PCM province of Carmelites by creating and implementing a strategy involving web design, social media engagement and award-winning podcast & content. The mission has been to adapt their order’s 800-year-old message for the digital arena and make it accessible/relevant to the millennial generation and beyond. They were tasked with re-branding the order’s message, redesigning their website and social media platforms and creating consistent content streams to make the order’s message as dynamic and consistent as possible. In addition to creating content, McG-Media is managing and fulfilling the messaging and engagement on all social media platforms. Over the course of the first thirty days after the relaunch, readership and engagement skyrocketed. On Facebook alone the effort yielded an increase from 250 “Likes” to 120,000.
